Each place and each moment has its own light and to expose this everyday mystery is something that is often behind the brush marks of Canadian artist Terrill Welch. She has twenty landscape oil paintings that will be traveling up the province of British Columbia to be shown in the Williams Lake public gallery during the month of April, 2018.
A Tall Tale of Autumn Stuart River 16 x 12 inch oil on canvas is the poster painting for this show and you can preview all twenty paintings in the solo exhibition at her online gallery HERE.
Solo exhibition “Light of Place Exposed, Landscapes by Terrill Welch” can be viewed in the main gallery at The Station House Gallery in Williams Lake, British Columbia from Thursday, April 5th to Saturday, April 28th of 2018.
The Station House Gallery Hours: Monday – Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Closed Sundays.

How to get to The Station House Gallery: To get to the gallery is straightforward. The address is 1 Mackenzie Ave N., Williams Lake, B.C. and if you are coming from the north or south, just take the main Oliver street right into downtown from the four way stop on the highway and drive to the end where it meets Mackenzie Ave Noth. The gallery will be directly in front of you. However, if you like circle routes when you are traveling , turn at Mackenzie Ave N. if coming in from the north and drive into Williams Lake on this street until you get to Oliver Street. The Station House Gallery will be on your Right. You can then take Oliver Street to meet up with the highway south again. Of course if you are coming from the south it is the same in reverse.
Terrill Welch will be present for the opening of the exhibition on the evening of Thursday April 5, 2018 starting at 5:00 pm and she will say a few more words about the show then.
Pre-sales are welcomed by either the Terrill Welch Gallery or The Station House Gallery. All sold work will be shipped, delivered or available for pick up at the end of the exhibition.

You haven’t heard from me for awhile because I have been considering what I would like to do with Creative Potager. But it doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy painting. Here is news about my first solo exhibition of the season. Enjoy!
